These images were created by Stable Diffusion, an open-source machine learning program that allows you to create new images by providing it with a text prompt and some optional settings. Here's what made the cats:

- Steps: 20-50
- CFG/Guidance Scale: 7-8

A great way to get started is with Replicate. They'll give you some free computing time before asking you to pay a nominal fee for each image. (Note: I have no affiliation with nor compensation from Replicate.)
